Gelato, our fulfillment partner has many production partners and, depending on where the ordered item is produced, it may arrive sooner or later. Average is 7 days, in our experience.
What is usual response time frame?
We try to address questions and comments within 48 hours but may take more time, depending on the workload.
Are all items sold in all stores?
No, same item may not be sold on all stores we use.
Do items price differently on different stores?
Yes. Different stores we use have their own overheads, which reflects on the product prices.
What are return and refund policies?
Depending on who fulfills the order, the return and refund policies will differ: Gelato or NBJM.
